Job Description

Join Dynamic Global’s welcoming front office team where every day brings new opportunities to help people and make a real difference. At our busy on-site location in Frisco, you’ll be the first face and voice our visitors, clients, and partners meet. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a steady Monday to Friday schedule, working from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Within your first 6 months, you’re expected to build strong connections with our clients and staff, mastering our front office systems and keeping everything running smoothly. You’ll quickly become the go-to person for questions and support-and your friendly attitude will help create a positive first impression every day.

Dynamic Global is focused on improving how we welcome and serve our visitors, with new training tools and technology being rolled out to make your work even easier. Our front office team collaborates closely, supporting each other whenever challenges pop up. Expect to work with all kinds of personalities-from detail-oriented team players to creative problem-solvers. Everyone is eager to help and share what they know.

You’ll start your day at 8:00 AM by preparing the front desk area, greeting early visitors, and organizing messages. Throughout the day, you’ll answer phones, schedule appointments, help with paperwork, and respond to emails. By 3:00 PM, you might help organize end-of-day tasks or handle last-minute requests.

You’ll sometimes have to juggle several tasks at once, decide which call or visitor needs the quickest response, and solve small but important problems in real time. On your first day, you’ll receive a system login, training manuals, and one-on-one coaching to help you succeed-plus ongoing support every step of the way.
