Description Join Dynamic Global as a Nurse Practitioner Surgical First Assist and play a key role in our surgical team. You will work on site in a modern facility that values collaboration and patient care. In this Monday to Friday role, your shift will run from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. In your first six months, you will be expected to master our surgical protocols and help improve patient recovery outcomes. The surgical department is rolling out team-based improvements to streamline communication and enhance the operating experience for both staff and patients. You’ll work with surgeons, nurses, and support staff who are supportive and eager to share knowledge. The team includes outgoing collaborators and focused problem-solvers who work together to make every surgery successful. You’ll find your days varied and fast-paced, from prepping the operating room in the morning to supporting surgeries in the afternoon.
