You’ll work Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 03:30 PM, assisting in advanced surgeries, prepping operating rooms, and supporting smooth recoveries-all while growing your clinical acumen daily.

Within your first 6 months, you’ll master sophisticated surgical protocols, close cases with minimal oversight, and significantly elevate patient outcomes. We’re launching process improvements including new EMR integrations and enhanced teamwork initiatives! Your daily routine will involve prepping for cases, assisting in surgeries and collaborating with surgeons and RNs, then charting and consulting to close the day. Expect a close-knit, collaborative team with personalities ranging from meticulous planners to adaptable problem-solvers-expect dynamic morning huddles and lively afternoon recaps.
