Job Description

🚀 Dynamic Global seeks an enthusiastic IT Service Desk Technician to join our on-site team in Irving, TX, 75062! This Mon-Fri role (8:00 AM-5:30 PM) puts you in the heart of technical action, where you’ll be an essential hero to employees company-wide, resolving tech issues and optimizing productivity. Within your first 6 months, you’ll achieve a 98% ticket resolution rate, elevate user satisfaction, and become the go-to expert on our evolving technology stack as we roll out new systems and enhance cybersecurity protocols.

1/3rd of your week will be spent visiting clinic locations to troubleshoot issues, work with switches and cables and solve tech problems while educating staff.

💡 Day-to-day, you’ll dive into ticket queues at 9 AM, swiftly diagnose and troubleshoot devices and apps, guide users with patience, and collaborate closely with helpful, fun colleagues who thrive on smart solutions and genuine teamwork. The crew blends coffee-loving early risers, detail-driven techies, and supportive mentors-expect shared laughs and quick advice. By 3 PM, you’ll field remote support calls, document cases, and brainstorm fixes for unique problems (like network hiccups or onboarding a new productivity suite). On day one, we set you up for success with a system login, rich training resources, 1:1 coaching, and step-by-step manuals.
