Dynamic Global is searching for a dedicated Surgery Scheduler to join our on-site team. This role is key in making sure surgery appointments are accurate and smooth. You’ll work Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, helping patients, doctors, and staff each step of the way. Our workplace focuses on teamwork and making sure everyone feels welcome.

In this role, you are expected to quickly learn our scheduling system and handle all surgery appointments in a timely manner. Within your first 6 months, you should build strong trust with doctors and staff, and show that you can manage patient scheduling with little error. Our company is improving by switching to a new scheduling system soon, which means you’ll have a chance to help shape our new process. You’ll start training right away, with access to all tools and one-on-one coaching.

Responsibilities

• Schedule surgery dates and times for patients, working closely with doctors and staff
• Call patients to confirm appointments and share any updates or instructions
• Enter all appointment details into our scheduling software
• Solve daily scheduling conflicts or changes as they come up
• Work together with a team of friendly, hard-working schedulers and assistants
• At 9AM, check daily appointment lists, confirm details, and call patients with reminders
• At 3PM, make last follow-up calls and update any schedule changes in the system

Requirements

• Experience in scheduling or a similar customer service role
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Friendly phone manner and good communication skills
• Ability to handle changes, solve small problems, and ask for help when needed
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
